These include user and template level capping, store and forward techniques, media manager, message prioritization and detailed real-time analytics. Also our Smart CPaaS helps brands reach customers in their preferred language, at the most suitable time.
Optimized Message Delivery is ensured by designating fallback channel(s) if the primary channel fails. Currently, we support falilover to up to 2 channels, including RCS to SMS, WhatsApp to SMS, RCS to WhatsApp to SMS and WhatsApp to RCS to SMS with plans to expand to more channels in the future.
We enable message translation in over 50 languages, utilizing Generative AI native language support. Language preferences can be collected using journeys and stored in the database for future use.
